Jeff received his undergraduate education at UCLA and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix. In his previous work, he managed a $14 million industrial packaging company before transitioning into the senior healthcare industry. Jeff is currently co-owner and manager of Endeavor Senior Care, Scottsdale’s largest in-home care provider of one on one care solutions. Jeff also founded and manages the North Scottsdale Retreat and co-manages the Valencia Home, both 10-Bed RALs. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and three kids.

Dr. Krishnan, a board-certified cardiologist with a subspecialty in interventional cardiology, has made it his mission to provide high-quality care for older adults. He co-founded MD Senior Living and Valencia Care Homes in Scottsdale with a philosophy that emphasizes the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of seniors. Dr. Krishnan’s passion for senior care led him to found the MD Senior Living Academy, where he educates and trains physicians on how to own and operate their own RAL homes in their communities, providing seniors with the best possible care and quality of life.
