Dr. Krishnan, a board-certified cardiologist with a subspecialty in interventional cardiology, has made it his mission to provide high-quality care for older adults. He co-founded MD Senior Living and Valencia Care Homes in Scottsdale with a philosophy that emphasizes the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of seniors. Dr. Krishnan’s passion for senior care led him to found the MD Senior Living Academy, where he educates and trains physicians on how to own and operate their own RAL homes in their communities, providing seniors with the best possible care and quality of life.

Jeff is co-founder of multiple senior care organizations including MD Senior Living, Home Matters, and Stepping Up for Seniors, a non-profit charity serving low-income seniors in need. His organizations have consistently achieved award-winning care. Jeff received his undergraduate education at UCLA and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He currently lives in Phoenix with his wife and three kids.

Dr. Mel is a compassionate and experienced physician who specializes in Senior and Geriatric care within the realm of Family Medicine. She brings her expertise and evidence-based approach to her role as a hospitalist and a busy aesthetics medical practice. Dr. Mel is a firm believer in elevating the quality of care and safety culture at our senior assisted living homes, and strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Her motto “Elevate Yourself. Elevate Others.” is a testament to her commitment to improving the senior living experience.
